Dr. Satvik Vats (SMIEEE) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT), Gorakhpur.
He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. A dedicated academician and researcher, his professional journey reflects an enduring commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and innovation.
Before joining MMMUT, Dr. Vats served as an Assistant Professor at Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, and worked as an AI Researcher on the iDoc-X Project at Teleglobal Consulting Ltd., UK. During his tenure at Teleglobal, he contributed to the development of the iDoc initiative — an advanced healthcare solution leveraging artificial intelligence to detect chest diseases from X-Ray images.
Dr. Vats has published extensively in high-impact international journals and conferences indexed in SCI, SCIE, ESCI, Scopus, and Web of Science. In addition to his scholarly publications, he has authored books and multiple book chapters with renowned international publishers. He holds 21 patents, demonstrating his consistent dedication to research, technological advancement, and societal benefit.
In 2025, he received the “Young Scientist Award” at the International Conference on Network and Cryptology, organized by the School of Computer and Systems Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. He has also been listed among the World’s Top 2% Scientists in 2025, recognizing his global research contributions.
Dr. Vats is the Founder and Convener of two internationally recognized conference series:
AutoCom – advancing automation, computing, and smart technologies
CyberCom – dedicated to cybernation, computation, and emerging technologies
Both conferences have rapidly gained international prominence in the global research community.
